Conduction disturbances are also common for CCMA, and decrease degree of LBBB with disappearing of MV changes may have same mechanism.
Gigantic fibrous tumors of pleural cavity may occasionally be encountered, at least at Pubmed's territoryPyankov Vasily писал(а): ↑Вс сен 23, 2018 12:25 amBenign fibroma? Мay be it was leiomyoma? It turned out to be benign fibroma but very big – 3kg. I hade examined her also before operation in mars this year an she had a heart that is filmed on the first clip. On other clip a miraculous healing was filmed. Spectacular one istn’t it ?
That s clear. What are the conditions for the disappearance of large calcification?Pawel Hertz писал(а): ↑Пн сен 24, 2018 9:26 pmDyssynchronia as a result of LBBB in this case. LBBB disappeared after surgery
That's a question. Nobody knows. Speculation only. 1. Toothpaste calcification resolved spontanously. 2. Insonation condition chanche after surgery 3. nonspecific Tu action 4. Miracle........ and 5. Swamp of a clipIgor писал(а): ↑Вт сен 25, 2018 5:13 amThat s clear. She didn't go over TIA or cerebral insult. It was only dr Guzowski theoretical deliberation. Patient don't know anything about it, but could be asymptomaticly. CT was not taken. But why to brain, not to kidney or foot ???Vasilich писал(а): ↑Ср сен 26, 2018 1:18 amWojtek Guzowski knows:Igor писал(а): ↑Вт сен 25, 2018 5:13 amThat s clear. "...it was CCMA and was pumped out like a toothpaste...TIA occurence is a confirmation..."(c)
According to the "speculation No1", calcifications were soft, toothpaste-like [CCMA=Caseouse calcifcation of mitral anulus]. Under certain conditions, maybe due to manipulations during surgery or the pressure of the tumor itself, they went out into circulation, and coursed TIA [transient ischemic attack]. Presumably , Dr. Guzovski was aware of some additional details of the case, including TIA, that weren't mentioned by Dr. Hertz during current discussion.
For by-standing non-cardiologist, this idea sounds quite reasonably.
