Yes I can, but AVI should be downloaded to be played back, and SWF and GIF are playing online in posts.

No, it is not a must, it is just an option "подпись" that you can set in account settings ("Профиль")
Quality was lost a bit but I don't know why, usually it is not. May be other converter will do better with your files.

It looks like reversal diastolic flow in Left main. As I know it may be in severe aortic insufficiency, but in this case I think we talk about anomalous origin

ALCAPA with "drop-out" artifact?

but,there is no aortic regurgitation,I have nothing to hide.the player is not full diagnosed.
For me : this blue jet in position of LAD is alike ALCAPA,because one can not see "diastolic "hangup" typical for anomalous LAD/LMCA, the flow is dominant in diastolic but there is in systolic too.No collaterals,no big RCA,no mitral insuff,no fibrosis
Maybe vena cardiac magna?

What about Coronary CT Angigraphy in this patient?

Yes, i meant alcapa or left main ostia atresia or similar with collateral flow
Coronary fistula or something like that? Have you PW-doppler image of this flow? Vein? may be, but flow (see image below) looks like LCX with retrograde flow too... and i couldn't find image with systolic flow in this vessel. Nevertheless if we think about vein should find left main with normal flow. I think CT-scan will be a good option in this case.

Согласен, "взрослый вариант ALCAPы, обычно с небольшоой или без особой симптоматики, ФВлж немного снижена или нормальная, живут себе на одной артерии.

No visible LAD in this position, RCA was not found.This is a red jet down the picture- in position of LCx/ with reverse flow to Pulmonary Artery.
Maybe LAD/LMCA is masked by vena cardiac magna, others:
- increased flow in LAA
- you mentioned about LMCA- the syndrom similar to ALCAPA
-partial ALCAPA
-coronary fistula- it was mentioned
Picture/reciprocal great arteries with blue flow into PA is from the level of LAA.,I believe
