I think it was acute emergent situation? Usualy PFO and any septal devices migrate during implantation (after reliase )/ In our case the girl go home (doctors say- all - normal- pda closed) and she complain -weakness in leg during some monthes

yes!! it was HLHS- retrograde flow in AoAsc

The patient from Baltic Cardiology Days was presented on Saturday night on Echohorror session,after midnight.39 y old man had have occluded PFO,TIA in anamnesy.After 3 month admitted to outpatient ward for TEE control,unfortunately he was after a meal, and instead TEE he had RTG.Radiolog wrote that there is Amplatz,with no position of the device.
