What is the blue flow ,venous flow, along AoDesc,on the left,first picture?

And this blue venous flow along left side of aorta, seams like to be in left lung ??? I meet this in all. It seems to be normal anatomy, but what ?

This is the thing we are talking about with Pawel, maybe this blue flow is arteriosus,we see it often.

I havt thougt to myself : couldn't it be artefact? There are to pleural leyers plus left lung under and this flow happens in left lung, so...

? its seem to me -artefact. Sometimes we can see blue teils here. And what your minde? Any venous disturbance?

Most likely that the pronoun "It" in this context substitutes not the noun "vein", but the expression "your suggestion". And the whole sentence means "Your suggestion seems probably right, so that we have consensus [about the point of dicussion]". In other words, it seems to be that Dr Guzowski expressed not a disagreement, but an approval to the idea that the vein is left.
With excuses for intrusion...

Yes,of course,you are right, both of you. It is Left upper pulmonary vein,that makes a consensus.Do not let me be misunderstood.
