- шкалу вивида неправильно разглядел, а масштабы у Вас мелкие)).
У второй спонтанно неплохо закрылся дефект, а у первой- не очень удачно возможно был (или есть??) Косой поток из ЛЖ в ПП поэтому и увеличено правое предсердие? Или что-то не так? В чем секрет? Или какая-то другая проблема?
That's right. The first lady hav AMS (VSD aneurysm) that leaks. His sister have closed VSD. The first lady have LPVCS and LCCA from brachicephalic trunk, but why she has enlarged RV and RA I don't know. I'm not hiding anything. She is now called in to Cardiology Clinick in Tromsø. I couldn see any lekkage between ASD or form pulmonary veins to right atrium. Do you see any ?

, lSVC, RCCA, vsd.... RA enlargement- as rule - volume overload or AF. Sometimes there is isolated (without) anomalous connection right pulmonary vein with SVC.

Ring? Sometimes this kind of Ao call as Ao-bovina" LSclA lay to close to IN artery -red line).

Yes, Innominate artery = truncus brachiocaphalicus. LCCA - left carotis communis artery. This is nothing special. Not ring only anatomy variant - LCCA not from aortic arch only from innominate artery. This is her. Not god seen her maybe.

We – me and Wojtek have kindly request to Prof. Aleksandr Sokolov to help us in identifying these three vessels and mostly the red one - denoted by digit 1. We argue with each other often about it. Can you help us. I must say, whenever I try I can find it in almost everyone.

Dear friends, I havn't serious experiece in aortic arch and neighboring vessels by echo. We use the rule: So far from heart- more mistakes. We must bu sure in real anatomy- surgery will be next step. If we see any abnormal vessels in this region - we send this patient to CT. We should identificate vertical vein, right arch, PDA, persistant Lsvc, but we can't identificate MAPCAs, vascular ring - suspitions opinion
. I am afraid this pictures every time, every minutes. And I (and everybody) need in your help? I sopose you have big collection and experience in this field, your films with pictures with arrow and text explainatons- wil be usefull for Valsalva community!
