Conduction disturbances are also common for CCMA, and decrease degree of LBBB with disappearing of MV changes may have same mechanism.

Very, very, very interesting. And I completely agree with Nikolay that there maybe common mechanism for LBBB and MAC disappearance, some change in calcium metabolism. We used to think about valvular calcification as irreversible but this case refutes this conjecture.

Today I have examined 87 years old lady that has come to my office after she was lungs operated from tumor. It turned out to be benign fibroma but very big – 3kg. I hade examined her also before operation in mars this year an she had a heart that is filmed on the first clip. On other clip a miraculous healing was filmed. Spectacular one istn’t it ?
Benign fibroma? Мay be it was leiomyoma? Had she hypercalcaemia before the operation?
Gigantic fibrous tumors of pleural cavity may occasionally be encountered, at least at Pubmed's territory :)
For example:
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/28668778
And this:
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21958732
To be correct, in those cases the tumors just stemmed from the pleura. Nevertheless, in the last case, the tumor was so strongly attached to the lung, that some part of the lung needed to be resected. Maybe something similar was in the discussed case too, wasn't it?

Dyssynchroniа. as a result of the mechanical effects of large fibroma can be explained. But where is calcification? This miracle!)
Dyssynchronia as a result of LBBB in this case. LBBB disappeared after surgery

That s clear. What are the conditions for the disappearance of large calcification?

That's a question. Nobody knows. Speculation only. 1. Toothpaste calcification resolved spontanously. 2. Insonation condition chanche after surgery 3. nonspecific Tu action 4. Miracle........ and 5. Swamp of a clip :D :D :D :D :D

Wojtek Guzowski knows:
"...it was CCMA and was pumped out like a toothpaste...TIA occurence is a confirmation..."(c)
According to the "speculation No1", calcifications were soft, toothpaste-like [CCMA=Caseouse calcifcation of mitral anulus]. Under certain conditions, maybe due to manipulations during surgery or the pressure of the tumor itself, they went out into circulation, and caused TIA [transient ischemic attack]. Presumably , Dr. Guzovski was aware of some additional details of the case, including TIA, that weren't mentioned by Dr. Hertz during current discussion.
For by-standing non-cardiologist, this idea sounds quite reasonably.

She didn't go over TIA or cerebral insult. It was only dr Guzowski theoretical deliberation. Patient don't know anything about it, but could be asymptomaticly. CT was not taken. But why to brain, not to kidney or foot ???

The shortest and the fastest way is to brain, like a highway,it is a simple story.
The most spectacular way.
