Today I have examined 87 years old lady that has come to my office after she was lungs operated from tumor. It turned out to be benign fibroma but very big – 3kg. I hade examined her also before operation in mars this year an she had a heart that is filmed on the first clip. On other clip a miraculous healing was filmed. Spectacular one istn’t it ?

Eto-it was CCMA and was pumped out like a toothpaste, followed autoanticoaugulation and fnally neutralization.TIA occurence is a confirmation,legitimates CCMA.All of mistery toothpaste,that has gone.

Does "CCMA" mean Caseouse calcifcation of mitral anulus? Did she has heart surgery or only anticoagulation? Did she has mitral insufficency?

Calcium from mitral annulus disappearance is one thing.
Another thing is EF improvement, and dyssynchrony disappearance,no LBBB presence
She had lung tumor resection only- large fibroma,no cardiac surgery
CCMA-yes

Did you change treament ? or was it result of lung surgery? may be it was like paraneoplastic syndrome. There are articles suggesting that some types of "fibroma" associated with calcium metabolism disturbance. Perhaps it was a mechanism of miracle

Benign fibroma? Мay be it was leiomyoma? Had she hypercalcaemia before the operation?

Benign fibroma? Мay be it was leiomyoma? Had she hypercalcaemia before the operation?

Primarily I was shocked and fascinated by so brisk improvement in left ventricle function both in EF an dyssynchroni and so beatutiful change in strain pattern in patient that was ment to have permanently LBBB. It was my colleague Wojtek (we know each other from Poland of course) that brought to my attention that calsification also dissappeared and I was double shocked therafter... I broked off and couldn't be able to say anything for a moment. Now is already better I don't know if she had hypercalcaemia befor and have no histopatology from tumor (haven't come to us yet) , but on epikrise was only described tumor as benign and formed from fibrous tissue...

I have aslo thought myself of a type tumor acting

Dyssynchroniа. as a result of the mechanical effects of large fibroma can be explained. But where is calcification? This miracle!)
