I completely do not see what is what,where is the right and where is the left.
27 avi is this standard o reverse picture?

Give it up Wojtek. On Image27 is seen aorta descent and vena cava.

I give a hint because of color limitation of high-end Vivid E9 evaluation.
Aloka F47 10 x cheaper than Vivid E9.
Aortic arch-> standard views and modificated SAX
Diagnosed without angio CT,46 years old man with stenocardia not related with an exercise,standard Echo examination

Thanks for your lesson Wojtek. My pictures are not so spectacular as yours but ao desc and left persistent vena cava superior er seen on one film. I agree - not in one shot but on one film alongside ich other - yes. Other thing is at I know what from I have taken mine pictures. And excuse is that lady was overweighted (130kg)

P.S.
Vivid firma say that they have possibilieties to repair those doppler colour but I am in doubt. We must by a new one

I present also other patient with LPVCS and this lady had in addition VSD aneurysm and variant with LCCA exit from brachicephalic trunc. There are probably seen vena azygos flows into LPVCS...
