Definition of Athlets heart does not include biatrial valves Barlow like mycomatosous prolaps,i believed.Others features are not common as we think in athlete heartAApart from,probably you are right.High level athletes yes,but what about children at basic level?

Good humor! But this issue is also quite important in practical terms. It is quite difficult to recognize a 12-year old boy to be a high-level athlete. This term is more suitable for adults with adult anatomy. Without any doubt , in adult athletes such differences in heart structure are normal. But a 12-year old even not a teenager, he's just a child with childish anatomy. Will not be there any harm for boy's growing up, if ignore his symptoms?

His heart reacts to the hard training. Perhaps his training program's too hard. You can talk about it to his coach.
