What is"Buffalo aorta"? Maybe "Bovine aorta"? RSA origins from BC trunk on right, you think about LCCA from innominate artery? Common origin? Yes I mean bovine aorta. Buffalo in USA maybe :D . But... I hvat seen on her old CT today. Unfortunetly is not confirmed :( :( :(

I have found such an aortic arch by chance in a patient that was examined from other cause. Could it be buffalo aorta ?

But I doubt if this round flow in upper left lung region is from left upper pulmonary vein.
